Introductory call

30 minutes with someone from the team. We'll explain the role and you can ask anything you like.

Technical / skills interview

A focused conversation on how you work, with a practical element relevant to the role. No whiteboard puzzles.

Offer and onboarding

Final conversation with a founder. Offer sent within 48 hours of that call. Onboarding starts whenever suits you.
