Adapts to how each person on the bid works. Not only the bid manager.
A bid is one bid manager and a dozen people who open the tool twice a month. SEQUESTO adapts to each of them: James works in the role your company defined for them, remembers how they like to work, writes in their language and shows them only what they may see.

A bid only moves when the people who know the answers can contribute without learning a new tool. Each of them works their own way, and every answer stays in the bid.
EXPERTS
Why do experts never log in?
Most bid tools are built for the person who lives in them. Everyone else gets a login they forget, a screen full of things that aren't theirs, and an AI that answers the security officer the same way it answers the sales director. So the bid manager goes back to e-mail: "Can you check question 48 by Thursday?"

01
Answers arrive outside the record
The answers still arrive late, in the wrong format, and outside the tool, which means outside the record.
02
Ask James, then get on
SEQUESTO starts from the other end. Your experts don't learn a new tool. They ask James, comment in the document, and get back to their day. Each person sees their own work, and James adapts to who they are.

PERSONAS
Every person gets answers that fit their role, from the first request
A security officer, a sales lead and a lawyer don't need the same answer to the same question. Without help, each of them rewrites what the AI gave them, or the bid manager does it for them, the night before the deadline. And the occasional expert, who opens SEQUESTO twice a month, doesn't know how to ask the AI for it.

01
A persona for each role
Personas solve that once, for everyone. Your company defines a persona for each kind of user, and it fine-tunes how James works for that role: the tone, the length, what to stress, what to avoid and which sources to use. The security officer gets answers that cite the certificate scope and never commit to a date. The sales lead gets shorter answers that lead with the customer's outcome. Legal gets every deviation from the buyer's terms flagged.
02
A usable first draft
The result: every contributor gets a usable draft on the first try, without learning how to write a prompt. Answers from twelve different people still sound like one company. And your best reviewer's know-how works for everyone, on every bid.
03
Company rules come first
Company rules always come first. A persona sits on top of them, and each person's own preferences come after that. When two rules disagree, James follows the higher one and says so. See James, your AI bid agent.
MEMORY
Say it once. James remembers.
Nothing wastes more time with an AI than repeating yourself: "use bullet points", "it's NordFlow, not 'the tool'", "keep it under 200 words". Each person has their own memory with James, so they say it once and every answer after that arrives the way they want it. Less editing, fewer rewrites, and the expert who comes back a month later picks up where they left off.
James remembers at two levels:

01
For all your bids
"I prefer bullet points." "Always use British spelling." "Our product is called NordFlow, never 'the tool'." Your way of working follows you into every bid.
02
For one bid
"On this tender, the buyer calls it 'the Authority'." "Keep my answers under 200 words here." James respects this buyer's wording and limits, and they don't leak into your next bid, which starts clean.
03
Personal memory
Your memory is yours: colleagues have their own, and you can see and change what James remembers at any time.
LANGUAGE
Their language, the buyer's language
A Finnish expert answers in Finnish. A German site manager writes in German.

01
James writes in the buyer's language
James drafts the response in the tender's language, from sources in any language, and keeps the expert's facts intact.
02
Nobody translates their answer
Nobody has to translate their own answer.
DASHBOARD
Their own view of the work
Each person has their own personal dashboard: the documents and questions assigned to them, across every bid they can open.

01
Open, answer, leave
An expert opens SEQUESTO, sees three questions, answers them and leaves.
02
No 60-page tender to scroll
No 60-page tender to scroll through.
PERMISSIONS
Only what they may see
Folder and team permissions apply to people and to James.

01
James reads only what you may
When James works for someone, he only reads what that person is allowed to read.
02
No pricing by accident
The sales lead never sees the pricing folder by accident, and neither does James on their behalf.
An example: twelve contributors on one public tender
A construction and engineering group answers a UK public sector framework tender. The bid manager assigns questions to twelve people: four site managers, the security officer, the DPO, HR, legal and four sales leads.
Site managers
The site managers answer from their own dashboards, in English and in Polish.
Security officer
The security officer works with the security reviewer persona, so every answer cites the ISO 27001 scope.
Legal
Legal checks the buyer's contract terms with the legal persona.
James and the bid manager
James writes everything, in English, into the buyer's response form.
Two days before the deadline, the bid manager sees which questions are still open, and who has them, without sending a single e-mail.

FOUR STEPS
How it works
Define the roles once: personas for the kinds of people on your bids.

01
The right person
Assign each question or document to the person who knows the answer.
02
Each person works their way
Their dashboard, their language, their preferences, James in their role.
03
Everything stays in the bid
Everything stays in the bid, on record, ready for review.

That is what it is built for. SEQUESTO adapts to every person on the bid, from the bid manager to the occasional expert: their role, their preferences, their language and their own view of the work. An expert opens their dashboard, answers the questions assigned to them and leaves.
A role your company defines for James, such as bid writer, security reviewer or legal check, so every contributor gets answers that fit their role without writing a prompt. It fine-tunes how James answers for that kind of user: what to stress, what to avoid, which sources to use. Company rules always come first.
Yes. James drafts the response in the tender's language from sources in any language, so an expert can answer in their own language and the buyer still gets the language they asked for.
Yes, so nobody has to repeat themselves. Each person has their own memory with James, at two levels. Preferences for all your bids, such as bullet points or your team's terms, apply in every bid you work on. Preferences for one bid, such as the buyer's own wording or a word limit, stay with that bid only, so they never leak into the next one. You can see and change what James remembers at any time.
No. Folder and team permissions apply to James as well. When he works for someone, he only reads what that person may read.
