Qvidian is RFP response software and proposal management software from Upland Software. Upland reports that 8 of the 10 largest United States banks and 4 of the 5 largest asset management firms use it, and names finance, healthcare and technology as its core industries.

Qvidian pricing is not published: there is no pricing page for the product, so every figure comes from a quote after a demo through Upland's enterprise sales process. Qvidian is not listed on AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace or Google Cloud Marketplace, and it is absent from Upland's GSA schedule and from its public-sector reseller catalogue, all of which do carry other Upland products at published prices (source: uplandsoftware.com, aws.amazon.com and gsa.gov, checked September 2026). Third-party estimates for Qvidian vary so widely that none is worth quoting. SEQUESTO publishes both commercial tiers: EUR 750 per month for Team and EUR 2,500 per month for Scale, billed annually, with Enterprise scoped individually. SEQUESTO also publishes its add-ons: EUR 200 per additional user per month, EUR 450 per month for SSO on Team and Scale, and EUR 50 per 1,000 AI credits. Annual billing with SEQUESTO is about 17% lower per month than monthly.

Upland's published position is inconsistent. Several Qvidian product pages state that Qvidian is GDPR, SSAE 16 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, while Upland's current trust centre, filtered to Qvidian, does not list ISO 27001 at all. What that trust centre does list for Qvidian is GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, CSA STAR Level 1, GLBA, CCPA, PIPEDA and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with a SOC 2 report available to download, and Qvidian's own security page carries the heading SSAE 118 and ISAE 3402 Certified (source: trust.uplandsoftware.com and uplandsoftware.com/qvidian, checked September 2026). So Qvidian does hold a SOC 2 report, and whether it currently holds ISO 27001 is genuinely unclear from Upland's own material. SEQUESTO is certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, independently audited and renewed annually, and SEQUESTO's Enterprise plan adds region selection for processing and storage plus an optional single-tenant Private Cloud.

Qvidian's published solution set covers RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, DDQs, security questionnaires, sales proposals and statements of work. Upland's Qvidian pages return nothing at all for PQQ, ESG or public procurement (source: uplandsoftware.com/qvidian, checked September 2026). Upland does describe Qvidian as a bid and tender management solution in a 2018 release about a UK reseller, but the markets it names there are commercial ones, so treat the boundary as commercial bids rather than regulated public procurement.
