Works with the tools your team already uses.
Your bids start in the CRM, the files live in SharePoint, the team talks in Teams. SEQUESTO fits in between, so nobody copies information from one system to another.

Every copy between systems is a chance for a mistake and none of it is bid work, so the bid should move between your tools on its own.
01 · ONE BID
The problem: one bid, five tools
A new opportunity is logged in the CRM. Someone downloads the tender pack and uploads it again.
The deadline is typed into the bid register, then into a spreadsheet, then into a calendar. The result goes back to the CRM, when somebody remembers.
Every copy is a chance for a mistake, and none of it is bid work.
SEQUESTO connects to the tools around it, so information flows on its own and your team works in one place.

Before / With SEQUESTO
Before
- An opportunity reaches the bid stage, and someone sets up the bid by hand
- Files downloaded from one place, uploaded to another
- Checking SEQUESTO to see what changed
- The answer is in Notion or Confluence, and nobody remembers where
- The result typed back into the CRM, sometimes
With SEQUESTO
- The bid is created in SEQUESTO, with the right set-up and the tender files
- Files come in from SharePoint
- Updates reach you in Teams
- James searches those tools for you
- Status, value and result flow back to the CRM
02 · CRM
From the CRM to the bid, and back
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Highspot, Seismic, Attio: no two companies use them the same way. Your stages, your fields and your process are your own, so we don't force your CRM into a one-size connector. We help you build the integration around how you work, on SEQUESTO's open API:
When an opportunity reaches your bid stage, a bid is created in SEQUESTO with the right set-up and the tender files.
Status, deadline, contract value and result flow back to the opportunity, so sales sees where the bid stands without asking.
Approved answers shared with your sales enablement tool.

03 · FILES
Your files, where they already are
Bring folders in from SharePoint, so the tender pack and your reference material don't have to be downloaded and uploaded by hand.

04 · UPDATES
Stay informed in Teams
Get SEQUESTO updates in your Microsoft Teams channels, so the bid team knows what's happening without opening another tool.

05 · KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge in other tools, within James's reach
Your answers aren't all in documents. Some live in Notion, some in Confluence, some in Jira. Connect them, and James, SEQUESTO's AI bid agent, can search them when he drafts. Each person connects their own account, so James only sees what that person can see there.

06 · OPEN API
Anything else: built for your process
Your bid register, your ERP, your document store, your own approval steps: if it matters to your process, it can be connected.
SEQUESTO has an open API, and we help your team build the flow it needs.
New tender in your system, bid ready in SEQUESTO. Bid submitted in SEQUESTO, status updated in your system.
It comes with a documented REST API (OpenAPI), API keys scoped to your company and signed webhooks.

07 · NEW TENDER
An example: a new tender arrives on its own
A medical software company logs a new tender from a Swedish regional health authority in its CRM and moves it to "Bid".
A bid is created in SEQUESTO, with the company's "Complex tender" set-up and the tender files: the förfrågningsunderlag (tender documents), the requirements specification and the buyer's locked Excel questionnaire.
The bid team gets a message in Teams with the link.
James reads the pack and writes the summary. He finds the company's data-processing answer in Confluence and uses it.
When the bid is submitted, its status and value flow back to the opportunity in the CRM.
Nobody downloaded, uploaded or retyped anything.

08 · SET-UP

Information arrives and goes back on its own.
