AGENT FORCE
James and a specialist agent force built for bid and tender teams.
Agent Force is the specialist layer on top of the harness. James orchestrates the work, while specialist agents handle extraction, drafting support, review support, and document operations across tenders, questionnaires, and structured commercial work. The heavy lifting scales, but the final wording and approval stay human.

The harness is the runtime. Agent Force is the specialist team that runs on top of it, with James as the colleague your team works alongside.
SPECIALISATION
Specialists, not generalists.
Bid and tender work is too varied to hand to one vague assistant. Agent Force breaks the work into specialist agents so the system can be more deliberate about extraction, drafting support, review support, and document handling.
Each specialist agent is shaped for a narrower job so the system can be more reliable where it matters.
Specialisation reduces the tendency to treat every task as the same kind of chat interaction.
The layer is optimised around the day-to-day work of tenders, DDQs, and questionnaires rather than broad consumer use cases.

ORCHESTRATION
James orchestrates.
James is the coordinating agent your team works with directly. He decides what needs doing next, what context is needed, when specialist agents should be invoked, and how work should move across the document process.
Teams interact with James as the operational front door to the system instead of micromanaging each specialist themselves.
James decides how tasks should be broken down and in what order they should move.
He keeps the work aligned to the project, the documents, and the team’s current priorities.

DOCUMENT WORK
A true colleague for structured document work.
James goes through documents, extracts what matters, creates what needs creating, and keeps project work moving in context. That can mean breaking down requirements, surfacing relevant material, preparing drafts, or advancing work inside the workspace.
James can move through files, annexes, questionnaires, and project context instead of waiting for perfect prompts.
The agent layer can structure tasks, prepare drafts, and move supporting material into the right place for the team.
James acts more like a working colleague inside the process than a one-off assistant on the side.

HUMAN CONTROL
Humans are always in control. The sign-off is yours.
Agent Force is meant to reduce manual grind, not replace judgment. Teams can review what happened, refine the work, and decide what is ultimately accepted, approved, and submitted.
People can see what the system did before they decide how to move forward.
Human contributors can accept, adjust, or reject what James and the specialist agents produced.
SEQUESTO helps the team move faster, but the final sign-off never leaves the people responsible for the work.
